This video is one of many that Bryan Johnson has shared on his YouTube channel, aiming to share the recipe for an anti-aging dessert.
Bryan Johnson (46 years old) is an American tech millionaire who made headlines for spending two million dollars a year to establish an in-depth anti-aging program called Project Blueprint, which focuses on nutrition.
Below is the content from Bryan Johnson’s video “How to Make an Anti-Aging Dessert”:
Three years ago, I started a project with a bold question: Can science slow down my aging? My team of scientists got to work; we reviewed all the literature and had the idea that every calorie must fight for its existence. Nothing is included just for convenience, fun, or trendiness. Everything must have a beneficial effect on my body.
One of the dishes we designed is called seed pudding. It’s very delicious. Today, Chef Jamie will show you how to make this in 7 minutes or less, and you will love it. Everything will be put into a blender. Here’s what you will need:
- Half a teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon, good for blood sugar, liver, and pancreas health.
- One teaspoon of ground flaxseed, good for omega-3, digestive, and heart health.
- One teaspoon of sunflower lecithin, providing phospholipids and a safe source of choline.
- Two teaspoons of ground walnuts, good for omega-3 and brain health.
- A quarter cup of berries, good for antioxidants and polyphenols, which are beneficial for cognition.
- Three cherries, good for sleep health, anti-inflammatory effects, and joint health.
- For berries, you can choose strawberries, raspberries, black currants, or blueberries.
- Three tablespoons of ground macadamia nuts, providing healthy fats and omega-9.
- A quarter of a Brazil nut, providing selenium.
- Pour in 50 to 100 ml of plant milk depending on the thickness you prefer. I like 50 ml.
- Finish with 60 ml of pomegranate juice, good for antioxidants and heart health.
Finally, transfer everything into the blender and blend on high speed for about 2 minutes until fluffy. Pour into a bowl and decorate with the following toppings:
- Two tablespoons of chia seeds, good for omega-3 and fiber.
- 30 to 60 grams of pea protein.
- Lastly, a quarter cup of berries.
