Takishima Mika (92 years old) is Japan’s OLDEST fitness instructor. She is a tremendous inspiration to all of us. In a video posted on her YouTube channel, she revealed the foods she eats to avoid aging.

- Takishima starts her morning before 4 a.m. with a glass of water, then walks 4 km and jogs 3 km.

- Ms. Takishima’s lunch is simple, consisting of a banana and a probiotic drink called Yakult, which helps maintain energy without causing fatigue.
